In this weekend we will enjoy beautiful Paphos, great weather, good food and drinks – for most reasonable prices. Still the main reason is to learn more on the Hip joints -pelvis connection practicing Alexander Yanai ATMs & practicing F.I :
“The objectives are to teach the CNS: 1. To release the superfluous tonus of musculature of which the person is unaware. 2. To use the skeletal structure as the main pathway for propagating the greater efforts, leaving the muscles free to direct the movement in the exact direction & degree needed.” Yochanan Rywerant -The Feldenkrais Method – teaching by handling.
Date: 5-7 APRIL, 2019. Fri. 14:00-18:00, Sat. 10:00-17:00 (2 hrs lunch) & Sun. 10:00-16:00 (1 hr. lunch) total of 14 learning hours.
Price: 360 Euro (=1500 nis) to be paid in advance till 15.2.19 – the rest cash on the first day 80 Euro (=336 nis).
Place: 3 ***star KISSOS HOTEL, PAPHOS, CYPRUS.
We asked the hotel to reserve a few rooms for the participants @ 25.50 Euro per person/BB in standard double room. 39.50 Euro pp/BB in a single room. Please book directly to the hotel prior to 23.2.2019 Kindly note: Ryanair, Easyjet, Tui & more fly from the UK, Europe, Israel & other countries.
OPEN TO ALL: Morning ATM, coffee break and a talk on the lesson 10:00- 11:15 am, friends, family, and students for only 20 Euro. Optional: afternoon open lessons with Yafit, Saturday tour of Paphos for your partners (not included in the price). Private FI with Eytan.
