“Sitting ,as part of one process of sitting-standing up & walking “-M.Feldenkrais
“Feldenkrais Zentrum Biel” on September 30-October 1, 2017. Biel, Switzerland.
In this Advanced we will follow Moshe’s ” Alexander Yanai” Hebrew recording of:Reel 6 track 1 number 3 : lecture” sitting ,standing ,walking ” which is actually also an audio recording of FI demonstration. As well as other related AY ATMs
We will also explore sitting in F.I according to the Feldenkrais Method principles expressed & described in Yochanan Rywerant’s special way of teaching .
Total of 11 learning hours. Teaching language: English (although I do speak German)
